Welcome to Common Sense Code!  My goal with this blog is to share some common sense solutions to uncommon problems, and hopefully help out some people along the way.

A little about myself.  I am a ten year veteran of the corporate world, with my focus in Java development.  I am a proponent of open source, and have introduced multiple open source solutions in a variety of companies large and small.  My latest project is a large scale web service infrastructure implementation based primarily on Apache CXF, Mule, Spring, and Jetty.  In addition, I am also spending a healthy amount of time working with GWT.
